Pricing is a starting point; final fixed fee is set in a written scope before work begins. “From” reflects the base configuration. Monthly maintenance is optional and cancellable with 30 days’ notice. Out-of-pocket costs (domains, stock assets, paid fonts) are passed through at cost.
Consulting Clients
Active monthly consulting clients receive build work at preferred rates, and a project one-pager is included with any Capital Stack Readiness engagement.

Tight scope, fixed price, fast turnaround. You review at two checkpoints, then everything is handed to you — files, code, and access included.

Scope & Fixed Fee
We confirm what you need, agree on a fixed price in writing, and set the timeline. No work starts until scope is signed.

Build
We design and build. You see a first draft at the midpoint and give one consolidated round of feedback.

Review & Revise
One structured revision pass against the agreed scope, then a final review before launch.

Handover
We deploy to your domain and hand over the files, code, and access. It is yours — no lock-in.
Boundaries
What a build is not.
Build services are production work — design, development, and document organization. A deal room is a way to store and present a sponsor’s own materials; it is not an offering platform, does not market securities, and does not solicit investors. Clay Capital does not write the substance of your financials, make representations to lenders on your behalf, or guarantee any outcome from the assets it builds.
Build fees are fixed and never contingent on a financing closing or capital event.
