Services
Everything Clay Capital doesfor the builders it works with.
It starts with the introduction — connecting the right project to the right capital and the right trades. Around that sits a set of fixed-fee services that get a project organized, presented, and running before, during, and after the raise.
Introductions are free to builders. Consulting, build, AI, and intelligence are fixed-fee and never contingent on a financing closing.

How referrals work →The Thread
One relationship, the whole project.
Most builders are stitching together a lender contact, a web person, a marketing person, and a spreadsheet of subs. Clay Capital is one relationship that already knows the project — so the consulting work, the deal room, the systems, and the introductions all line up instead of fighting each other.
Engage one line or all of them. Introductions stay free to the builder; everything else is fixed-fee, in writing, before any work begins.
Boundaries
The line we hold across every service.
Clay Capital Group makes introductions and provides operational, production, and informational services. It does not raise equity, place securities, negotiate financing terms, handle counterparty funds, underwrite loans, recommend specific lenders, or provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Capital introduction and consulting engagements with the same client are formally separated under the firm’s Conflicts Policy, and no service fee is ever contingent on a financing closing.
